Each IEM is built to order, with an estimated lead time of 4 weeks depending on design complexity. Every unit is handcrafted, with each component meticulously inspected and matched to ensure the highest level of consistency and performance.
Do You offer IEM Samples to Reviewers, Tour Group and Youtubers for review purposes ?
AüR Audio does not provide free samples or complimentary products for collaborations, reviews, or promotional purposes.
However, we appreciate passionate reviewers who are genuinely interested in experiencing and reviewing our products. We are happy to loan products to selected reviewers for review purposes.
May I know what payment methods you accept besides PayPal?
We accept Wise payments and bank transfers, and you will be entitled to extra discounted price.
What shipping service do you use for international orders?
We use FedEx International Priority (3-5 business days to most countries) as well as DHL and UPS on occasion.
