Could you let me know the estimated lead time for my IEM?

Each IEM is built to order, with an estimated lead time of 4–6 weeks depending on design complexity.

Do You Provide Custom In Ear Monitor (IEM) and Optional Faceplates?

Sorry, we do not provide Custom In-Ear Monitor and Optional Faceplates for IEMs.

Do You offer Free IEM Samples to Reviewers and Youtubers for review purposes ?

We sincerely appreciate the support from reviewers and YouTubers. At this time, AüR Audio does not provide free samples or touring units for reviews. We welcome you to experience our products through purchase and share your honest impressions with the community.

Does your company engage in collaborations with manufacturing partners and Distributors?

What shipping service do you use for international orders?

We use FedEx International Priority (3-5 business days to most countries) as well as DHL and UPS on occasion.
