Warranty

​

At AüR Audio, we are committed to supporting the longevity and performance of your in-ear monitors and accessories.

Warranty registration is not required. Coverage is determined from the original date of purchase.

​

For all service and repair requests, customers are responsible for shipping items to us. For products covered under warranty, AüR Audio will cover the cost of return shipping after service is completed.

Limited 1-Year Warranty

​

At AüR Audio, we stand behind the craftsmanship and performance of our IEMs.

​

All IEMs are covered by a limited one-year warranty against defects in materials and workmanship. This warranty is valid from the original date of delivery to the end user when purchased directly from AüR Audio or through an authorised dealer.

​

Within the warranty period, AüR Audio will, at its discretion, repair or replace any product found to be defective.

​

Warranty coverage is provided to the original purchaser and is linked to the initial proof of purchase. â€‹Although warranty coverage is non-transferable, AüR Audio continues to offer repair and servicing support for second owners, subject to evaluation and service charges where applicable.

 

Warranty Exclusions

​

This warranty does not cover the following:

​

  • Damage resulting from accidents, misuse, abuse, negligence, improper handling, excessive volume, water exposure, earwax buildup, shock, incorrect use of ear tips, loose connectors due to frequent recabling, and normal cosmetic wear and tear.

​

  • ​Damage caused by servicing, repairs, or maintenance performed by unauthorized third parties. Any unauthorised repair attempts may result in replacement at the customer’s expense.

​

  • Products that have been modified or altered without prior written approval from AüR Audio.

​

  • ​AüR Audio is not responsible for any service, repair, or warranty claims for in-ear monitors that have been used in touring programs or passed between multiple users.

​

In the event of a damaged or broken shell, a remolding service is available. This service carries a base fee, with additional charges applicable for customisations, driver replacement, and shipping.

 

Cables are warranted against defects upon arrival and are covered by a limited 180-day warranty from the original shipping date.
