Could you let me know the estimated lead time for my IEM?
Each IEM is built to order, with an estimated lead time of 4 weeks depending on design complexity. Every unit is handcrafted, with each component meticulously inspected and matched to ensure the highest level of consistency and performance.
Do You offer IEM Samples to Reviewers, Tour Group and Youtubers for review purposes ?
AüR Audio may loan/provide in-ear monitors (IEMs) to reviewers, media outlets, and content creators for evaluation purposes. Such review units are supplied under strict conditions to ensure fair, unbiased, and transparent reviews.
Recipients are not required to provide positive feedback, and AüR Audio does not exert editorial control over review content. However, reviewers are expected to adhere to the agreed review terms, including proper handling of the product, disclosure of review unit status where applicable, and compliance with any return or retention agreements established prior to shipment.
AüR Audio reserves the right to decline future review requests or collaborations if these conditions are not met.
What is the difference between the 6-month and 12-month warranty periods?
To make our pricing more competitive, we are offering a 6-month warranty period to help reduce the overall cost of our products, with an additional 12-month warranty option also available.
May I know what payment methods you accept besides PayPal?
We accept Wise payments and bank transfers, and you will be entitled to extra discounted price.
What shipping service do you use for international orders?
We use FedEx International Priority (3-5 business days to most countries) as well as DHL and UPS on occasion.
